REGISTRATION

 

How do I register to attend the conference?

Visit the Housing WA '25 website to register.

 

Why have the rates increased this year?

The registration fees for Housing Washington have not changed  in more than a decade, yet the cost to run the conference have jumped dramatically. To keep up with these rising costs and inflation, the registration rates needed to be increased.

 

How do I cancel my registration?

To cancel your registration email registration@housingwa.org. In any requests, include the email used to register and your full name.  

 

Can I get a refund for my cancelled registration?

To cover event costs associated with attendee registrations, the following fees will apply: Substitutions: A $50 processing fee. Cancellations: $50 fee will be deducted from any refund issued before September 24, 2025. No refunds for cancellations will be available after September 24, 2025. 

 

I can no longer attend; can I transfer my registration to someone else in my organization?

To cover event costs associated with attendee registrations, the following fees will apply: Substitutions: A $50 processing fee. Email registration@housingwa.org who will assist with the substitution.

My information on my registration confirmation is incorrect; who can I contact for corrections?

To modify your registration information, please email registration@housingwa.org.

 

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS

 

Are there recommended hotels for the conference? 

Housing Washington hotel block is available at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue. Please visit the 2025 Housing Washington Hotel page for details and hotel booking information.

 

Which hotels are offering Per Diem rates for Government Employees? 

The Hyatt Regency Bellevue has discounted per diem hotel rates for Government employees. Click here for hotel booking at the per diem rate.

 

What can I do in Bellevue?

For information about Bellevue and area activities and attractions, check out Visit Bellevue, WA | Events, Hotels, Restaurants & Attractions. We also encourage you to join your colleagues on the Whova Conference App (which will open in July 2025) to learn about Meetups and other events planned by your fellow attendees.

 

Where is the nearest parking to the Hyatt Regency Bellevue?

The most convenient option is the covered parking garage, located at the Hyatt Regency that holds approximately 1200 spaces for guests and visitors. There are three entrances to this lot that are located off NE 8th , E 10th and Bellevue Way. Get details and directions.

Attendees using the Hyatt Regency Bellevue self-parking garage may validate their parking ticket for up to 3 hours free at their concierge desk. Please note, this does not apply to valet parking or other Bellevue Collection lots.

 

What are the parking costs?

Hyatt Regency Self-Parking: $37 Daily Max Sunday through Thursday nights. Friday and Saturday nights are complimentary.

 

 

SPONSORS & EXHIBITORS

 

Where can I find information on becoming a Sponsor/Exhibitor?

Becoming a sponsor raises your visibility among attendees and offers many other benefits.

Who do I contact with questions about our sponsorship?

My organization requires a W9 to process my sponsorship payment; who can I contact to request that information?

When will exhibitor information be available?

An overview of exhibitor-only participation options is available in the Sponsor/Exhibitor Packet. Sign up for your exhibit space by completing the online Sponsor/Exhibit form. Exhibitor packets, with details on your exhibit space and set up, will be provided to participating exhibitors in July.

 

How do I submit artwork for the kiosk backdrop?

Details for your exhibit booth setup will be provided in the Housing Washington exhibitor packet, which will be shared with participating exhibitors in July.

 

 

GENERAL

 

When will the schedule builder be available on Whova?

All registered attendees will receive an email in July when the Whova Mobile App goes live. This email will include directions on how to build your personal schedule and other content available via the app, such as connecting with other attendees.

 

Are meals provided at Housing Washington?

Continental breakfast and lunch are provided to registered and paid attendees during the conference (not exhibitor-only attendees). A selection of appetizers and a no-host bar are available at the Welcome Reception and Friend of Housing awards reception. As part of our effort to reduce our carbon footprint, water bubblers are placed throughout the conference area for convenient water bottle refills.

 

I have dietary restrictions; how can I let the event organizers know? 

During registration, you will be asked for your dietary restrictions. The event organizers will review the submissions and notify the chef to accommodate restrictions and allergies accordingly. Any dietary requests received within 2 weeks of the event, we’ll do our best to accommodate but cannot be guaranteed. Note: Standard dietary restrictions, such as vegan and gluten-free, will be accommodated and clearly marked.

 

How can I obtain an attendee list?

No full attendee lists will be available. However, once the Whova App goes live in July, you can connect with all registered attendees who opt in through the app.
