As we look ahead to another year of strong participation, the conference has made a few thoughtful updates to our sponsorship program to better support both sponsors and attendees. This includes returning to table‑top exhibits for a more consistent, accessible experience, as well as focusing all exhibit opportunities through sponsorship rather than offering exhibit‑only options. It also includes a slight increase in sponsor fees to help meet the growing costs of delivering the type of thoughtful, engaging, and inclusive experience our community expects. 

 

Because exhibit space is limited—and the conference has sold out for several years—organizations planning to exhibit as part of their sponsorship are encouraged to commit early to secure availability.
